DURING OUR ANNUAL MEETING, IT WAS UNCOVERED THAT MANY OF OUR NEIGHBORS ARE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH HIGH HUMIDITY, WATER AND FOUNDATION ISSUES. THE BOARD IS ASSISTING THE NEIGHBORS HAVING THESE ISSUES BY COLLECTING AS MUCH DOCUMENTATION AS POSSIBLE TO SEND TO THE CITY OF LIVONIA. PLEASE REPORT ANY FOUNDATION/WATER/HUMIDITY/GRADING ISSUES YOU ARE HAVING THAT CAN HELP SUPPORT OUR CASE WITH THE CITY. THANK YOU!
